Research Focus
The research focus of Mohamed Karim Belaid, who is affiliated with Porsche AG, is on the development of Explainable AI (XAI) methods. Belaid's recent work includes the development of an encoder-decoder architecture to predict crash test outcomes, policy learning for malaria control, and unifying post-hoc XAI evaluation methods into an interactive and multi-dimensional benchmark. Belaid's research also covers optimizing data shapley interaction calculation, comparing neuronal attention models, and comparing multi-modal fusion functions for scene graph generation.
