Research Focus:
My current research centres on the topic of Learning with Multiple Representations (LEMUR). In particular, I focus on developing theoretical underpinning and a first set of algorithms that enable flexible learning with weak supervision, addressing the data hunger of modern ML approaches. The aim is to create versatile models that not only excel in terms of conventional performance metrics but also adhere to principles of explainability, fairness, and environmental/social impact.
My research is part of the European LEMUR project (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101073307).
Research Areas:
- Learning with Multiple Representations, trustworthy AI, Uncertainty, AutoML
